A Split Jerk Press is one of those exercises that allows you to train at faster rep speeds while engaging the entire body.

Here are the 3 levels of progression

1 - Split Stance Press
2 - Step and Press
3 - Split Jerk Press

Make sure you master every level in order.  No skipping steps.
