Welcome to the Band Gym Exercise and Setup Vault.

The Band Gym SETUP and EXERCISE VAULT provides “All Access” Band Gym Members with unlimited exercise options that are organized by body region or movement type. The VAULT is designed to assist members with modifying workout routines with different exercises when they want to change things up, modify an exercise, or keep their body adapting with exercise variety. The VAULT will be a continually evolving resource for Band Gym members to access as we continue to research, develop and introduce more cutting edge band setups and exercises.
