The Goals of the Ab Challenge

  1. Innovate - Create new ways to train abs with bands with 50+ exercises and 28 different workouts
  2. Inspire - Get you to move each day training the body’s most important muscle group when it comes to maintaining a high level of functional performance outside the gym
  3. Improve - Building Ab strength focusing on stabilization strength, Deceleration strength and acceleration power.
  4. Instruct - Coach you up on how to train abs with bands regardless of strength, exercise knowledge and fitness level
  5. Impact - Create a 5% extra effort each day that will compound into a higher level of Ab strength and performance
