Here is a list of equipment recommended for the Challenge.

Must Have

  • 41” Quantum Bands (Orange-Yellow-Red Recommended)
  • 13” Dynamic Stabilizer or Hip Band Band Attachment or Door Anchor Strap

Helpful Options
  • Sliders
  • 4 to 6” Step Elevated surface (chair, stool)
  • DB’s
  • Towel
  • Padded floor or mat
