Training Program: Seconds Pro

Overview

Seconds Pro is an extremely versatile Interval Workout App that can be quickly added onto any Smart Phone. Once uploaded to your phone Seconds Pro allows you to quickly create your own workouts or upload done for you Band Gym Automated Workouts provided to you in this section.

Why Automate Your Workouts

There are several reasons to automate your workouts using  the Seconds Pro App.

  1. It allows you to focus exclusively on effort and the exercise instead of having to count reps.
  2. It keeps the rest/recovery time consistent which is the key to getting great results with interval training workouts
  3. It eliminates having to spend valuable exercise time planning out workouts
  4. It allows you to save and repeat great workouts over and over again
  5. It allows you to share workouts with clients, friends or family

How to Get the Seconds Pro App on your phone

To quickly upload Seconds Pro, go to the App Store. Search Seconds Pro Interval Time – Cost is $4.99

Setting up key preferences in the App

In your App, go to Settings by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner. Click on Timer Settings. Click on Preparation Interval. Set the duration at 15 seconds. In your App, go to Sound Settings. Set volume to 100% under Alerts, Cadence and Internal Audio. Set Ducking under Internal Audio to 100%.  Also Make sure Duck Volume is on. Set Language to your preference. Set Pitch and Speed to middle.

How to Get Workouts Uploaded

Once the Seconds Pro App is successfully uploaded onto your Smart Phone, email any of the workout links listed on this page to yourself. Open the email on your phone and click on the Seconds Pro workout link. It will open up automatically in the App. In your app, scroll down and click on Install in Seconds Pro. From there you should find the workout under the My Timers tab.
