A trainer’s guide to implementing Resistance Band Training into large group training sessions
In 2000, I began a fitness camp that focused exclusively on training large groups with continuously looped resistance bands. The fitness camp applied interval training using time-based sets. Over a 1 year, it became obvious that resistance bands could train all aspects of fitness including total body strength, power, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, core stabilization, and agility. It could accomplish this applying various attachment free single and attached multi-band setups. The Fitness Band Bootcamp is the first and only resource developed for large group fitness professionals that brings together the culmination of this form of training.
