Working out can get boring if you are doing the same exercises week after week. It’s also better for joints, muscles, and tendons that exercises are routinely changed to avoid overuse and muscle imbalance issues. Fortunately, resistance band training (RBT) is able to apply resistance using multiple vectors to any movement the body can perform. Combining that with the ability to train all aspects of fitness and performance, makes RBT easily the most versatile training system when it comes to creating unlimited exercise options.
The Band Gym Exercise Vault was set up to provide you with an unlimited exercise library from which to supplement your workout routines with different exercises when you want a change, need to modify an exercise because of injury or simply want to keep the body guessing. To help get you started we have placed over 100 band exercises into the Vault for all Band Gym Club Members. That’s a lot of exercises, so to further assist you in locating exercises efficiently, we have organized all exercises by body part or movement type.
Dave’s plan is for the exercise vault to be a continually evolving resource for club members. To assist at helping grow the exercise vault, please feel free share with Dave through his virtual office, any and all exercise ideas you might have or would like see.
