Dynamic Stabilizer
Program Objective: Introduce, educate and train individuals on how to apply and incorporate the 13” Dynamic stabilizer band into weekly workouts to increase dynamic hip and core stabilization
Program Requirements: Be able to perform simple multi-directional walking, squatting and upper body reaching
Equipment Needed: 1 or 2 levels of 13” Dynamic Stabilizers
Goals: Upon completion of the Dynamic Stabilizer Eguide workouts you will:
- Understand how our body stabilizes
 - What is meant by Dormant Butt Syndrome
 - Understand why a dynamic stabilizer band is applied above the knee
 - Understand keys to successfully training with a Dynamic Stabilizer band
 - Have a good mastery of various impact exercises levels using the Dynamic Stabilizer
 - Learn how to incorporate Dynamic Stabilizer workouts into your weekly routine
 - Be able to create at least 3 of your own Dynamic stabilizer workouts
