Program Objective: Crunch 20 is a series of follow-along 20 minute workouts that will provide Band Gym members with time efficient, convenient cardio-strength workouts that they can do anywhere and any time at any intensity level using 1 band. Just click “Go” and get ready to workout with Dave “The Band Man”.
Program Requirements: Individuals should be able to perform single band exercises along with the functional ability to do short amplitude movement cardio-based drills like stationary running, 2-step shuffling, step-overs, burpees or mountain climbers. (All exercises can be modified to fit most any physical limitations)
Equipment Requirements: 3-to-4 different resistance levels of 41″ Quantum bands and if possible, a 4-inch step.
How to apply these workouts: Crunch 20 workouts can supplement your weekly workout routine with convenient band-only workouts when time demands get in the way of your regular workout plans.
Crunch 20 workouts can also be used as a stand-alone series of interval cardio-strength fat burning workouts that can be performed each day .
All 10 workouts will have you performing 4 strength exercises and 2 small space cardio exercises programmed into a 20-minute fast-paced workout! It's the perfect convenient anytime, anywhere total body challenge.
