Training Program: BandSTRONG 12 Week Training Program
Overview and Introduction
BandSTRONG is one of the flagship products of Resistance Band Training Systems. It was designed to provide fitness enthusiasts as well as trainers a basic easy to follow 12 Week Program Blueprint for starting to train following the resistance band training system.
BandSTRONG is broken into 3 phases. A Beginner Phase, Intermediate Phase and Advanced Phase. Each phase is 4 weeks long and will provide participants with a progressive training routine starting with Phase 1.
Each phase will bring in progressive training exercises and programming to keep participants challenged throughout the entire 12 weeks.
Upon completion of BandSTRONG, members will have a very strong understanding and knowledge base from which to start building their own band training programs or move into more advanced Resistancebandtraining.com programs.
