Training Program: 4-G Finishers Workouts

Program Overview: 4-G Finishers are quick efficient band workouts that utilize a very simple 15-5 program interval that is easily understood by any fitness enthusiasts. The 15-5 format also requires minimal space while only having to focus on one or two exercises at a time. 

Workout Interval Description

2 Exercise Finisher Workout

With a 2 exercise Finisher you will alternate between 2 exercises perform a 15 sec. work set followed by a “short” 5 sec. rest/transition set. You will complete 8 total sets (4 each exercise)  which is a complete finisher workout.  

1 Exercise Finisher Workout

With a 1 exercise Finisher you perform a 15 sec. work set followed by a “short” 5 sec. rest set. You should complete 8 total sets – Rest for 60 seconds and complete as many rounds as desired.
