The Goal of the Challenge is to help you experience by doing, the impact RBT will have on getting your body looking, feeling and moving it’s best while dramatically changing how you workout in the future.
To do this I am going to challenge you to follow a unique, joint friendly and very versatile exercise routine for 1 month.
Success is 100% Guaranteed if you stay focused and committed to the training plan for 28 straight days. I promise I will be there to coach you every step of the way for all 28 Days.
Here is your Resistance Band Training road map for the next 28 Days.
4 Workouts / Training Sessions per week – These will happen on Days 1 – 2 – 4 – 5
2 Classroom Learning Sessions per week that will coincide with Recovery Days on Days 3 and 6
1 – Complete Day Off which is Day 7
3 or 4 – 41” Continuously looped Quantum Bands
1 – 13” Continuously looped Quantum band
