28 Day Ab Challenge
The Goals of the Challenge are:
- Innovate – Create new ways to train abs with bands with 50+ exercises and 28 different workouts

Inspire – Get you to move each day training the body’s most important muscle group when it comes to maintaining a high level of functional performance outside the gym

Improve – Building Ab strength focusing on stabilization strength, Deceleration strength and acceleration power.

Instruct – Coach you up on how to train abs with bands regardless of strength, exercise knowledge and fitness level

Impact – Create a 5% extra effort each day that will compound into a higher level of Ab strength and performance
Here is a list of equipment recommended for the Challenge
Must Have
- 41” Quantum Bands (Orange-Yellow-Red Recommended)
- 13” Dynamic Stabilizer or Hip Band
- Band Attachment or Door Anchor Strap
Helpful Options
- Sliders
- 4 to 6” Step
- Elevated surface (chair, stool)
- DB’s
- Towel
When it comes to progressing exercises in the Ab Challenge here are some ways you can quickly modify specific exercises.
- Adding band assist any 4 point exercise
- Adjust work sets, time & reps
- Go to an elevated surface
- Decrease band or db resistance
- Change movement amplitude
- Modify movement speed
- Adjust between Isometric – Slow Deceleration – Fast Acceleration
- Padded floor or mat
