Band Setup – Mini-Band Setup
Workout Details
Alternate through these 3 Exercises for 9 total sets doing 60-seconds of work followed by 30-seconds to rest. Emphasis slow movement with focus on keeping trunk muscles tight during the exercise.
Progression and Regression
1 – Adjust work and rest set time
2 – Adjust number of work sets
3 – Scale band resistance
Exercise
1 – Mini-Band Level 1 Dead-bug (Keep low back pressed against floor)
2 – 13” Legs Only Spiderman (Keep low back from rotating while maintain constant tension on band )
3 – 13” Band Shin Huggers (Keep tension on band and trunk muscles during exercise)
