Keys to Success
1 –  Relax while utilizing the slant board to improve stretching leverage.  
2 –  Keep stretch sensation at a 2 or 3 out of 10
3 –  Move slowly and apply pauses to allow for greater range of motion
4 –  Make sure breathing is relaxed and nasal dominate
 
 

Program Design

Cycle through all 5 movements doing 1-minute of discovery movement. Feel free to follow along with Dave as he takes you through mini-mobility sequence.  This routine typically takes 3 to 5 attempts to begin feeling the impact and become comfortable with movement flow.
