Program Details
Complete 6 consecutive sets of 1 exercise doing 15-seconds of work followed by 5-seconds of rest.
Rest 60-seconds before moving on to the next exercise and repeating the same sequence. Complete all 4 exercises.
Progression and Regression
1 – Scale band resistance or remove band resistance
2 – Go to band assisted planks or side plank
