Mini – Band Setup


Workout Details


Alternate through the following 5 mini-band exercises doing 30-sec of work followed by 30-sec of rest.  This is one round.  Repeat 6 total rounds.

  1.  Alternating  Shuffle  
  2.  Forward Crawl 
  3.  Alternating Stepover
  4.  Alternating Side Crawl
