Band Setup
1 – Attached Band Set up for bilateral upper body strength training
2 – Attached band setup for lower body strength and calisthenics.

- Scale band resistance
- Adjust work set time
- Adjust # of work sets or exercises
- Adjust rest between cycles
Workout Details
Flow through the following 12-exercise circuit doing 40-seconds of work followed by 20-seconds of rest between exercises. That is one cycle. Rest 90-seconds and repeat this circuit for 3 total cycles.
