Band Set Up:  Mini-Band  Setup

Program Design

Alternate through these 4 exercises for 3 total Rounds (3 sets per exercise) while doing 30-Seconds of Work followed by 15-Seconds Rest. Complete all 12 sets for a 12 Minute Workout.

  • Exercise 1 –  Elevated Running Mt Climber
  • Exercise 2 –  Single Arm Frog Jump
  • Exercise 3 –  Skaters
  • Exercise 4-  Seal Jacks  
  • Exercise 5 – Hands Elevated Burpee
