Coaching Suggestions
1 – Learn the movement using a low band resistance
2 – Focus on band placement to keep band pressure on hands and body comfortable
3 –  Perform rep tempo of 3 up – Pause – 3 down 
4 –  Work toward completing 1 set of 12 to 15 reps using light band resistance before increasing resistance
5 – The use of training gloves will improve band comfort on hands
