RBT is the only tool that can impact all aspects of fitness and performance. However, RBT’s unlimited training potential and versatility can make The Band Gym overwhelming for members that are new to fitness and/or to RBT. To help decrease this feeling and help you learn how to use RBT to address specific fitness, performance, or even rehabilitative issues, Dave has begun to put together short educational inservices that take a deeper dive into how to apply RBT to address these issues.
The Inservice Library will be a continually evolving educational area in The Band Gym that is driven by the members of The Band Gym. To achieve this, Dave wants ideas for future Inservices to come from you the members.
